What are the conditions for obtaining credit for a field internship?
Throughout the entire internship, the student keeps an attendance sheet, known as the “Confirmation of completion of internship”, which serves as a proof that he/she has completed the internship in its entirety, i.e. he/she completed 80 teaching hours of internship. On the last day of internship the student asks the mentor to confirm this form (signature and stamp of the organisation).
After completing the internship, the student submits the following written documents to the Internship Supervisor:
- Field Internship plan
- Field log, which also contains written tasks
- Reflection on a Field Internship
- Scanned Confirmation of completion of internship
Credits are awarded to the student by the Internship Supervisor based on:
- above documents duly submitted
- 100% attendance
