Course is a part of umbrella title "Skills and tools for inclusion and interculturality", focuses on inclusive organization of culture and democratic leadership. Classes are taught at the Ştefan cel Mare University of Suceava.
The general objective of the course Inclusive Organizational Culture and Democratic Leadership is to develop students' advanced theoretical understanding, practical competences and ethical responsibility in analysing and shaping organizational cultures and leadership practices, enabling them to promote inclusive, participatory and democratically grounded organizational environments in educational and related institutional contexts.
