| Anotation | The aim of the project is to support the integration of children and adolescents at risk of social exclusion into society by setting up a functional and comprehensive student Buddy program that will enable: a) the creation of a systematic structure for providing support; b) support to increase the professional identity and readiness of students of social work to cope with professionally challenging situations and the use of anti-oppressive approaches. The main outputs of the project are the creation of: (1) software enabling the use of online reflective tools for students, as the main means for their case management when working with (at-risk) children and (2) Methodology for providing the student Buddy program to support the inclusion of children and youth at risk of social exclusion. |
